The Grand 30 Giveaway

This Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged eighteen (18) years old and above who are members of the PLAYCE application.

1. Employees and immediate families of PPB Group Berhad, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, as well as advertising agents and suppliers are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
2. Tenants and promoters working in the outlets at Cheras LeisureMall are not eligible to participate in the Contest and are not permitted to participate in the Contest on behalf of customers.

1. Spend a minimum of RM300.00 in maximum two combined receipts (the “Receipt(s)”) issued from the participating outlets (excluding promotional space booths and bazaars) in Cheras LeisureMall. Duplicate and/or photocopies of the receipt(s) are strictly prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification. For avoidance of doubt, a single or two combined receipts above RM300.00 is only entitled to one (1) entry.
2. Submit receipt(s) to the organizer’s representatives at the Information Counter, Lower Ground Floor and receive a Contest entry form (the “Entry Form”) upon verification.
3. Submission must be made on the same day of purchase. Only receipt(s) which are dated on the same day shall be eligible for the Contest. Limited to three (3) entries per customer per day.
4. All receipt(s) must be original machine generated receipts with the name of the participating outlet clearly reflected and submitted together with the duly completed Entry Form.
5. All other receipts, such as credit card transaction receipts, handwritten, goods return receipts, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) and deposit receipts will not be accepted. Receipt(s) for transactions from money changers, bill payment and credit top-up are not valid for participation in the abovementioned Contest and will not be accepted. Receipt(s) which have been used to participate in one particular event or activity cannot be re-used for another event or activity which may be simultaneously taking place at Cheras LeisureMall.
6. Eligible participants are allowed to submit multiple entries during the Contest Period.
7. Eligible participants will automatically be enrolled in the on-going redemption programme.
8. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any receipt(s) that are incomplete, illegible or not original or which do not satisfactorily show proof of purchase.
9. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Entry Form which is incomplete, illegible or attached with receipt(s) which are not original or which does not sufficiently show proof of purchase.
10. Complete all other mandatory fields in the Entry Form, attach the original receipt(s) and submit on the same date of the receipt(s). All personal information submitted in the Entry Form must be true and accurate. Grand Draw E-Ticket(s) will be shown in the PLAYCE application within three (3) to five (5) working days.
11. Winner(s) to be physically present at the Prize Presentation Ceremony on 27 April 2025, 3 p.m. Register your attendance by presenting the Grand Draw E-Ticket(s) at the Information Counter, Lower Ground Floor, exchange your e-ticket(s) for physical ticket(s) and drop your entry between 10:30 a.m. till 2:45 p.m.

Thirty (30) winners (the “Winner(s)”) will be announced during the Prize Presentation Ceremony on 27 April 2025, from 3pm at Lower Ground Floor, Concourse, witnessed by external auditors.

1. Winners must personally attend the Prize Presentation Ceremony and answer a question correctly to collect their prizes. Participants must present the Grand Draw E-Ticket(s) on the PLAYCE application to exchange it for a physical ticket(s) for the Grand Draw on 27 April 2025, before 2.45 p.m. at the Lower Ground Floor, Concourse. Late arrivals will not be entertained.
2. Failure of the Winner(s) to attend the Prize Presentation Ceremony after a count of three by the emcee will result in immediate disqualification.
3. If the chosen Winner(s) does not attend the Prize Presentation Ceremony, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify them and draw another Contestant. In case of disqualification, another draw for the same prize will be conducted subsequently.
4. Each Winner is entitled to one (1) Prize only and all Prize(s) are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit, goods, and services.
5. The organizer reserves the right to arbitrate the selection of the Winner.
6. The organizer reserves the right to substitute any Prize(s) with that of similar value without prior notice.
7. Grand Prize Winner will directly deal with Yuan Hui Auto Sdn Bhd on the delivery arrangement. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all other fees and costs related to the car, i.e. vehicle registration fee, transportation costs, insurance costs, etc. The Haval H6 HEV must be registered 30 days upon announcement of the Grand Prize Winner.
8. Any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred by any of the Winner(s) of the Contest as a result of and/or related to the winner’s acceptance of the Prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the Winner(s).
9. Picture(s) of the Prize(s) shown in any advertisement and/or other promotional materials relating to the Contest is/are solely for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual Prize(s).
10. The organiser shall determine the colour, fixtures and accessories of the Prize(s). The winners shall accept the Prize(s) on “AS IS” basis.
11. The organizer shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, death or injury arising from the usage of the Prize(s) or in connection with the Contest in any manner whatsoever. No claims of any kind shall be made against the organizer.
12. The organizer makes no warranties, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the use or enjoyment of any of the Prize(s), including, without limitation to, their quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Please note the specified expiration date on vouchers and products. No extensions will be granted. Winners are responsible for timely use, and PPB Group Bhd is not liable for any inconvenience caused by expired vouchers or warranties.

The organizer reserves the right to publish, use the names, personal details, photographs and/or video recordings of the participants and Winner(s) including all materials submitted during the Contest for the purposes of advertising and/or promotion and/or trade publicity for the Contest, without any prior notice to the participants and Winner(s), who by submitting their entries to the Contest, hereby consent to such use by the organizer. The participants and Winner(s) shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials submitted to enter the Contest. By submitting an entry to the Contest, each participant hereby consents to continue receiving promotional materials and information from PPB Group Bhd.

1. The organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice.
2. The organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend the terms and conditions mentioned above or in connection with the Contest at any time without prior notice.
3. The organizer’s decision is final and no further requests, claims or correspondence whatsoever will be entertained.

Upon submitting the Receipt(s) together with the duly completed Entry Form, the participant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the Contest and the participant acknowledges that he/she has read understood PPB Group Berhad’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice which can be found on Cheras LeisureMall’s website (https://www.cherasleisuremall.com.my/web/privacy-policy/) and consents to the usage, collecting, recording and processing of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in such notice and in connection herein.
